My sister first suggested capturing the 'crown of thorns' (splashes of water) and then off we go, armed with a camera phone, a glass of water and lots of ice-cubes. We changed the background from white tiles to black screen door and finally to the black art file. We also had a hard time sourcing for a suitable subject that has to be round, not too heavy but must be able to sink in water. We started with a 50 cent coin (GOR KAK!) then to a hand phone charm and we finally settled for an ice-cube.

The photos were taken by a relatively frost bitten sister for she was throwing one ice cube after another and a photographer with a sore thumb, from taking the photos, deleting the FAILED ones, blue-toothing it and finally uploading it.
But the photos turned out tiny and blurry!

WISHLIST . WISHLIST . WISHLIST . WISHLIST . WISHLIST . WISHLIST

My brother was listening to this song - In the Ayer by Flo Rida feat blah blah. It sound quite nice at first but soon turn out to be really freaking irritating!

The people from SP came to our school a few days ago and guess what, they were giving out stress balls. I wanted the apple but I got the earth one. But after that I exchanged with yihui the apple. (!) And tada, there is my apple! Maybe, my apple belonged to Newton! But anyway, took tons of pictures of my apple and only 2
turned out well
. The one with the tree that is 'Newton Lost His Apple'. (It's with me now) The second one is cute but can't really see my apple, it's all about the boy. All the photos in this post is taken by me okay, not grabbed from somewhere. I put the photos in a slideshow and took them with the lousy VGA cam. Man, I want a better one but at least it's better than nothing and it don't really look pixelated here.
We went to the library to study and I wouldn't say it was really
intensive but it beats studying at home. Since we went to the library, we decided to borrow some books.
I wanted, craved, longed to read 'The curious incident of the dog in the night-time'. I prayed to find it and I did! Thank God and it's really like God is bringing me to find the book. It's by Mark Haddon so I went to find the shelf 'HAD', went through the whole H section and couldn't find it. I just searced randomly and it was right there in front of my eyes! It is an ancient copy, so ancient that the pages were coming out already. I asked the librarian to tape them together and the librarian said she will throw it away when I returned the book. (!) Read a bit of it and it reminded me of 'Flowers for Algernon', it reminded me of that sad book a lot. It's like reading the same book over.

Mid-Autumn Festival Pictures!

The big group photo!
The not-so-big group photo.
I didn't know I walked like that.
Chui Hui & En Ling, the masterminds...
Oh and I think the dress is quite itchy.
I finished reading "I'll ask you three times, are you OK?" yesterday after procrastinating for like a zillion light years. The book-urge was still with me when I stopped sleeping that's why I finished a good deal of "Hitler's Canary". I did not forget that I wanted to mug today but I still end up making a blog after finishing the reflections for e-Portfolio. What a bugger. Anyway, the idea of the new blog was hanging in my mind for quite some time and now that I have somewhat finished setting it up gives me therapeutic satisfaction.

A white bowl holding hideous orange pieces of papaya is sitting in front of me and I think I ate a good three-quarters of it already! (that's why it looks hideous now.) Well, nobody seems to be eating it so I just kept popping them into my mouth. I just hope I do not get the runs or... Man, maybe I will have the runs.

Gotta go somewhere, Adiós!

I finally remembered some of the books I read!
:)
I applied tiger balm on my thighs and it somewhat improved my mobility!
:)
Tomorrow's saturday; a whole day to mug!
:)
That was extreme positive thinking.

Added a book shelf, it's really cool.
The bad thing is I forgot the books I have read!
:(
I am down with serious muscle aches on my thighs.
:(
EOY (end of year) is coming.

PRAISE THE LORD!
Saw a rainbow today in school and a miracle happened today. That's why I decided to do the image with Paint and the quality is bad. Anyway, the rainbow I saw in school was really distinct, the clearest I've seen of all my 14 years or 5,352 weeks (correct as of 12.9.08). And God showed me that some things are changing and improving. It'll take time and I'll need to be patient and press on! (:

I'm boiling mad now.

I was in bus 804 when I found a primary school student's ez-link card. I held on to it until I reach my stop then I walked to the bus driver, preparing to give it to him so that he can return it to the ticket office or customer service or whatever they call it at the interchange.

Me: "Uncle, I found this ez-link card."
Bus Captain: "Then you return to the school"
Me: "But I don't know what school it is." (I don't recognise the school uniform)
Bus Captain: "Then put in the letterbox"
Me: "Which letterbox?" (I think that's what I said.)
Bus Captain: "-forgot what he said- letterbox"
Me: "Huh? What letterbox?"
Bus Captain: Snatches the poor ez-link card away and says disgustedly "So stupid, don't know what letterbox is."

Which letter box was he referring to?!?! I was freaking, hopping, crazily mad. But I'm not as angry now, just think that he's some unreasonable person and I shouldn't have wasted my energy being mad at him. Maybe there are some misunderstandings and miscommunication.

Nevertheless, that spoilt my image of bus drivers.

Night cycling's really fun and tiring, we cycled around 70 kilometres! I got this pink bike with faded pink bell. It rained when we were finding for seats to eat dinner. It was drizzling when we were cycling again. It was really unbearable physically at first but it seems to be easier after a while. Boost helped a lot too. Cycling on the road is the best part, man. God is with us, there was 853 (direct bus to yishun) going to the bus stop and it only goes to East Coast on Sundays!

Anyway, was wondering whether I had the guts to shave my head. Had been toying with the idea for quite some time but I won't shave in my school days.

But if I'm not gutsy enough, maybe I might consider having a mohawk like this kid. hahahaha, just kidding.

And another thought that has been on my mind for some time on and off. I want to be a quality control officer! Is there such jobs available? I don't mind working at Bee Cheng Hiang or any other food related companies.
It will be pure happiness to eat bak kwa all year round as a job!

Im Yours - Jason Mraz
Heard this? This was the song from the Ugly Betty commercial. My sister found it like, miraculously. She told me to add that "she's very resourceful and should be a future staff in Google". Which position, I don't know.

Have you received a chain letter about "Corpus Christi"?

It claims that Jesus will be potrayed as a homosexual in an upcoming film. There never was such a film in production, but this petition continued to circulate anyway. Such chain letters about "Corpus Christi" started in actually started in 1984 (that's what Snopes say).

PS. We should be wary of chain letters, most of them are untrue.
