*Caution: Lengthy post ahead

Went jogging today... Oookay, it's 1/4 jogging, 3/4 walking and taking photos. I think I spent a full hour or so taking about 80-90++ photos but only 18 turned out to be good ones. sigh.
&, while I was taking, 2 horrible bugs harassed me. One landed on my arm and at first, I ignored it because it looked like a housefly from the corner of my eye plus I was almost ready to press the shutter. Whilst I was steadying my hand, the bug kept moving and moving, (for goodness' sake, I let you stay there already!) then I looked at it and it's about 10 times worse than a housefly.
Another bigger bug buzzed maniacally at me.

This was taken yesterday, when I was going to Sheryl's house.

Also taken yesterday.

From this photo onwards, it's taken today.
This group of boys wearing the same colour fishing at the reservoir.

I think this is the part of the reservoir is where they filter the dirty stuff. That water is almost completely stagnant.

Bigger view of the filter thingy. See the brown brown thing in the water?

There's this really mini 'sampan' which doesn't even have a motor.
But still, it's a rare sight in residential areas for a 'country' bumpkin like me.

Can you spot the fishes? I tell you, there's a WHOLE lot of them just sitting there like that.

Although it gives a clearer picture, it doesnt show the entire school of them.

While I was peering at the fishes and consciously taking photos, only this curious uncle openly looked at the fishes. Other colder people looked at me like a weirdo and stole glances at the cool fishes.
I can only say they've missed out on a lot.

A dried up willow tree.

This part of the reservoir is where I met the bug I thought was an housefly.

This plant seems like those that attracts lots of bugs and flies.

Can you see the dash beside the 'Y'? Whenever the bus pass by it, I'll wonder what that is.

And I finally knew what it is. Odd thing is, it's stuck on the wall in an awkward place and an almost rusted 5-cent coin is stuck on the metal plate itself. I wonder if it's really adopted by Nat Geo SG.

I climbed up a little hill to take this small patch of grass filled with pink flowers and this too, attracted quite many looks. (grr.)

THE END
